Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within 3–5 business days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).

We normally ship via Dachser freight service.

Please provide a reachable phone number (for arranging delivery appointments with the freight service or for any potential inquiries).

Please inspect the goods for transport damage upon receipt and have any damage noted directly by the delivery driver. If you discover hidden transport damage when unpacking the goods, which was not visible at the time of delivery, please document it and inform us within 5 business days. Please send us the damage documentation, including photos, in writing via email or post within the specified period. Statutory warranty claims remain unaffected by this.
