The Zehnder ComfoAir 70 is a decentralized comfort ventilation unit with heat and moisture recovery and synchronous supply and extract air operation. It is used primarily in apartment renovations, but also in new residential construction projects. The comfort ventilation unit is particularly suitable for one- or two-room apartments, holiday apartments, or student apartments. The second room connections allow an additional room to be connected to the supply or extract air supply using the optional Zehnder air distribution system. An enthalpy exchanger is installed as standard in the unit, which ensures high heat and moisture recovery and thus provides a comfortable indoor climate, especially in winter. The Zehnder ComfoAir 70 can be installed with various external wall hoods or a reveal module for the virtually invisible integration of the outside and exhaust air ducts into the window reveal.
