Highest energy efficiency
The compressor used in the OP+ utilizes magnetic field technology and a high tooth energy density with balanced magnetoelectric losses. This results in a 27.5% reduction in copper consumption compared to a conventional magnet design, a 13.1% reduction in iron consumption, and a 1.4% improvement in motor efficiency.
The innovative sliding and tilting structure reduces frictional energy consumption and leakage losses in the sliding area (between the sliding piece and the piston in the compressor). This enables extremely low leakage and friction. The contact stress is reduced by 85% and the coefficient of friction by 87%.
Heating at outside temperatures down to -35 °C
The OP+ not only features a highly efficient, large-capacity compressor, but also comes standard with a condensate tray heater and a crankcase heater. This ensures stable operation at temperatures down to -35 °C.
