Inverter and heat pump operation

The inverter compressor adjusts its speed to the actual demand. At startup, the system runs at high power to quickly bring the room to the desired temperature. After that, it ramps down to 0.8 kW in heating mode and maintains the temperature without noticeable fluctuations. In heating mode, the unit operates as an air-to-air heat pump and uses the heat from the outdoor air down to minus 15 °C. With a maximum of 8.2 kW, the unit also covers large, open floor plans.

Can I use the unit for heating in winter?

Heating mode is possible down to an outdoor temperature of minus 15 °C. With a nominal heating capacity of 6.0 kW and up to 8.2 kW at maximum, the heating capacity is higher than the cooling capacity. The available power decreases as the outdoor temperature drops, which makes the system suitable as a supplement to an existing heating system.

How loud is the unit?
