Each Kermi x-well D13 wall-mounted heat recovery unit features a reversible fan and a ceramic heat exchanger. The D13 is mounted in a wall-mounted pipe with an outward-facing bore and changes its fan direction every minute. Half of the units in the apartment operate in supply air mode, the other half in extract air mode. Every minute, the direction of all fans changes simultaneously, which is ensured by wireless synchronization thanks to the connection of all units and the controller to the Bluetooth MESH wireless network.

Optional acoustic silencer and optional fine filters. An optional humidity and temperature sensor (with smart controller) can be used with any D13 wall-mounted recuperator, allowing airflow measurement and fan performance adjustment to maintain balanced ventilation.
